About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Maroochydore, Main Street. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with them to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, working closely with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to inform your teaching practices and contribute to the growth and development of our centre.
