Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an electrical maintenance technician, you will be responsible for the installation, testing, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical infrastructure. This will involve conducting routine inspections and performing preventative maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all electrical maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives and are carried out in accordance with relevant safety protocols.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues from various departments and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in installing, testing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. You will also have a solid understanding of safety procedures and protocols, as well as experience working at heights and in confined spaces.

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to identify potential issues;
  • Performing preventative maintenance tasks to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation;
  • Repairing and replacing faulty electrical components and equipment;
  • Collaborating with the operations team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules;
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
