About this Role:

  1. This Roaming Cleaning Supervisor will report directly to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for managing a team of cleaners within a key client contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with customers and implement effective service delivery strategies.
  2. Manage a successful team to achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  3. Ensure services are delivered within our framework for occupational health, safety, and sustainability.
  4. Maximise company profitability while achieving the above goals.
  5. Client Liaison
  6. Daily Quality Assurance and HSEQ Inspections (Audits)
  7. Rostering and organising cleaners for daily cleaning requirements
  8. Perform cleaning duties on site
  9. Visit sites and supervise staff

Skills/Experience Required:

  1. A drivers license
  2. Strong organisational skills
  3. Good relationship building skills
  4. Good project management
  5. Basic competence in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  6. A sharp commercial mind
