The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commissionaire to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney. As a Commissionaire, you will be responsible for greeting and farewelling guests in a courteous and professional manner. You will also assist guests with enquiries, transportation, and luggage loading/unloading. Your duties will include ensuring the porte-cochère is clear and clean, and conducting your tasks in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
• Provide information to guests and follow through on requested arrangements.
• Have a thorough knowledge of hotel outlets, local facilities, transportation services, and hotel functions.
• Be aware of general arrival and departure patterns, including functions, group movements, and VIPs.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, including the lobby, public areas, driveway, and back-of-house storage areas.
• Restrict undesirable characters from entering the hotel and clear the driveway.

Benefits
