Operations Manager


Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers.

This is a dynamic role where every day is different, with various tasks including leading and managing the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, overseeing warehouse operations, analysis of operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, ensuring site compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, managing resources and logistics to optimize operational costs, and providing training and development opportunities for team members.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry, leadership and team management skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
