Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Professional to lead our educational programs for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity and creativity.
  • Nurture strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through open communication and empathy.
  • Observe, document, and celebrate children's learning and developmental milestones, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and deliver high-quality education programs that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in early childhood education, with a focus on leadership and program development.
  • A warm, positive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children and families.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • A genuine passion for creating inclusive, nurturing spaces for children to grow and thrive.
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
