Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic initiatives that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in leading technology or transformation initiatives, with expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution shaping. They will also have excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in client engagements.

Key responsibilities will include partnering with clients to uncover requirements, shaping solutions, and leading delivery to successful outcomes. The Digital Transformation Lead will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable roadmaps, and steering delivery teams to achieve impactful results.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnership & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges, defining requirements, and shaping pragmatic solutions.
  • End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Oversee initiatives from discovery through to delivery, ensuring projects are scoped, planned, and executed effectively.
  • Business Analysis & Process Optimisation: Map current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state workflows that enable measurable business value.
  • Solution Alignment: Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with client strategy.
  • Governance & Reporting: Provide clear delivery updates, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment with client expectations.
  • Change & Adoption: Support organisational change, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and confident in adopting new solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, positioning yourself and the organization as partners in their success.
