About the Role

The role will see you dedicated to a specific client, where you will take responsibility for providing high level advice across NSW on key HSE processes, such as hazard management, incidents, auditing, policy and procedural reviews and training.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
  • Maintain effective HSE risk management processes, including reviewing & updating HSE related registers.
  • Undertake HSE inspections and audits.
  • Undertake specific hazard / incident investigations, including root cause analysis.
  • Build and maintain effective internal / external stakeholder & client relationships.
About You

To succeed in this role you will have strong knowledge of HSE management systems and previous experience in driving strong safety outcomes at a site level. You'll be an excellent communicator and able to effectively build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Behaviorally you will have the ability to coach managers and actively assist them in building a safe workplace with a strong safety culture, so a people focus is key.

This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn from an experienced Health and Safety team, with strong buy-in from the leadership team.
