About the Role

This role will be based in a designated location and will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner.

Excellent communication skills are essential for ensuring smooth and timely outcomes for clients while managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

This position will play a vital role in the development of our Residential Valuation offering, involving property inspections, research, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

The key responsibility areas include maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills. You must have a strong client network and commitment to professional development.

You will require:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in residential valuation
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
  • A team-first mentality
