We are currently seeking a Generalist HR Role in Defence and Aerospace to join our team in Australasia. This exciting opportunity will see you take on a dynamic role with no two days the same, building strong business relationships and championing our People Strategy.
Your responsibilities will include interpreting employment legislation, preparing HR strategy reports, drafting policies and procedures, and developing trusted business relationships with stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing sound and practical guidance and advice to leaders and employees, becoming the first line of contact between them and the broader People and People Services Teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and consulting skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. You should also have experience interpreting legislation, regulations, Awards and Industrial Agreements, and supporting both disciplinary processes and employee matters.
