Job Title: General Manager

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader with a track record of managing high-volume, low-margin businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills, with a focus on growing revenue in a sustainable and responsible way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About You:

You will already have built a track record of success in senior operational leadership and management roles. Importantly, you will also have high-calibre strategic planning, financial management, new business case development, and business planning execution skills. Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, low-margin environment is sought, as is an absolute commitment to championing a culture of safety, compliance, and quality.

What We Offer:

A remuneration package comprising a salary circa $160k, car allowance, and superannuation is anticipated.
