About Our Cafe Role

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our cafe. As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality products are prepared to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within the hospitality or retail sectors. They will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Preparing food and beverages to the highest quality standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

We offer a competitive compensation package, including up to 38 hours per week for those who can perform to a high standard and display a positive work attitude.

Please note that prior drive-thru experience is not required but will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will be expected to undergo comprehensive training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
