Senior Property Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property expert to lead our property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.

The successful candidate will oversee property portfolio performance, financial analysis, and risk management ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex property deals, ensuring timely completion and seamless handovers.
  • Provide strategic property advice to stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
  • Oversee the coordination of external and internal stakeholders to facilitate approvals, negotiations, and project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or Property Law, or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in the property industry or managing a property portfolio.
  • Demonstrated understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Highly developed commercial negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.
