Early Childhood Educator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team in providing high-quality education and care services to children and their families. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to creating a safe, enriching, and caring environment for children, families, and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and be committed to working in harmony with Catholic values and principles. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships with staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality education and care services to children and their families
  • Contribute to creating a safe, enriching, and caring environment
  • Work collaboratively with other educators and support staff to achieve team goals
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • NSW Working with Children Check clearance or ability to obtain
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff and families
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and how it relates to program development
