We are seeking an experienced Key Account Professional to join our team in Brisbane. As a key player in client management, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio clients, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and deep dives to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business outcomes and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain client opportunity pipelines and provide quarterly travel plans.
- Participate in forums and events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Experience working with technology/SaaS platforms.
In the early stages of your career with us, success might look like this:
Within 1 month:
- Getting familiar with our business, people, products, and services.
- Starting product learning and training on internal systems.
- Introducing yourself to internal departments and understanding their processes.
- Learning internal processes and sourcing information.
- Knowing your KPIs and SLAs, and beginning reporting.
Within 3 months:
- Achieving a 5-star Customer Satisfaction rating.
- Successfully offering solutions and meeting KPIs.
- Maintaining regular face-to-face meetings with customers.
- Participating in forums and events.
We offer a flexible working policy and prefer you to work from our Brisbane office 2 days per week.
