About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to children and families from pregnancy to 2 years of age.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Deliver person-centered nursing care to meet the unique needs of each family.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia.
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
