For two decades, the NBA has consistently delivered an uninterrupted supply of blood and blood products to Australians in need under the national blood arrangements.

**Job Context**

This role is part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team, responsible for providing leadership, management, coordination, and direction to teams delivering ongoing operational management for the NBA's ICT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security.

The position leads projects as part of a program of change, implementing an ICT Strategy focused on modernising the environment. The role works closely with the Chief Information Officer and senior internal business stakeholders to build a shared understanding of expected outcomes while managing competing priorities.

We seek an experienced professional with a demonstrated record of quality service delivery, bringing strong leadership and team management skills to the role. The ideal candidate will exercise initiative and judgement, manage stakeholders, and provide quality advice and briefing.
