Room Leader Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators in the delivery of high-quality early childhood education.

  • The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood and experience working in a childcare service.
  • A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs is essential.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills are also required.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
