Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at CROSSMARK Australia. As a key member of our field sales team, you will be responsible for executing in-store marketing initiatives and promoting leading brands in retail environments.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to work with Australia's leading brands and retailers. You will have the autonomy to work independently, building strong relationships with store managers and teams to effectively execute your tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Maintain Quality Displays: Develop and build high-quality point-of-sale displays that capture customer attention and drive sales.
  • Promote Additional Product Space: Engage with store managers to secure additional promotional space for various products, resulting in increased brand visibility and sales.
  • Reporting and Task Management: Utilize our StoreTrack App to report daily tasks and provide good photos, ensuring seamless communication with our team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid car driver's license and reliable vehicle;Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail;The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;A minimum of 3-4 days' availability, including Wednesdays and Thursdays.
