At Apps Mav, we're a fast-growing SaaS business dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. We're seeking an experienced and tenacious Product Marketing Consultant to help drive the adoption of our apps and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to accelerate the adoption of new features, products, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging customer-facing resources, including newsletters, autoresponders, FAQs, and flyers.
  • Conduct market research to gather feedback from prospects and customers, and translate it into product enhancement documents and new product/service documents.
  • Work with the website team to optimize the design and content of our website to improve user experience and increase conversions.
  • Evaluate and predict ecommerce trends and changes in the competitive landscape, and develop impact and roadmap documents and product enhancement documents.
  • Lead customer and partner education sessions on new features, initiatives, and launches.
  • Represent Apps Mav as a brand ambassador in online communities and forums.
  • Partner with external organizations to increase exposure and uptake for our products and thought leadership.
  • Develop innovative concepts to drive customer acquisition and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS business.
  • Strong understanding and passion for online marketing.
  • Ability to gather feedback, understand, and communicate it to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to learn and measure to inform marketing strategies.
