ABOUT THE JOB:

- Lead your own OSHC service, supporting local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs

- Create engaging programs with industry-leading tools

- Be the face of the organization, building positive relationships within the school community

- Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry

- Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager

- Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks

WORK ARRANGEMENTS:

- Monday to Friday: 6:30am - 9:00am & 2:00pm - 6:00pm (5 weekly administration hours)

- No weekend work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

- An engaging individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships

- Previous experience in childcare/OSHC industry preferred but not essential

- Valid Working with Children's Check

- Willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting

- National Criminal History Check
