About the Role- We are seeking an experienced Network Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on ensuring reliable and optimised network operations.
- Configure and maintain network systems to guarantee seamless performance.
- Monitor network traffic and utilisation, optimising efficiency and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network outages quickly while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
- Deploy and upgrade network equipment, hardware, and software, minimising disruptions during installation, integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure supports business objectives effectively.
- 2–4 years of experience in network administration or support.
- Detailed knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and enterprise networking (Cisco preferred).
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-focused mindset.
This is an ideal chance to gain exposure to enterprise-level network design and operations. You will be working in a CBD location in either Melbourne or Sydney, with the potential to secure a longer-term opportunity.
