Our bar is a busy, high turnover establishment located in the Valley.

We have a strong focus on natural and small producer wines from Australia, and operate our business alongside a sister restaurant just next door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and operate the bar area.
  • Develop and implement new cocktails and menus.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Classic cocktail knowledge and experience working behind a bar.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Wine knowledge is advantageous but training is provided.
  • Australian work authorization is required.
