About this role

We're seeking an experienced Tax Professional who enjoys variety, values relationships, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

As a key member of our team, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS, while also advising on tax matters.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing client portfolios, mentoring junior professionals, and contributing to business growth
  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS
  • Advising on tax matters and structuring

Requirements:

  • CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years in public practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled at managing workflows and meeting deadlines
  • Comfortable delegating tasks and mentoring less experienced team members
  • Excellent relationship skills with the ability to explain complex matters clearly
  • Experience with QBCC and/or Xero (preferred but not essential)
