Job Title: Engineering Quality Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Quality Manager to join our team at Applied EV. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and maintaining quality systems, processes, and records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with ISO9001, ASPICE, and ISO26262 quality standards.
  • Define quality metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure performance and track progress over time.
  • Establish and maintain quality engineering processes, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ASPICE, and ISO26262 requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify engineering compliance with ISO9001, ASPICE, and ISO26262 quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational quality objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in quality assurance and process improvement, with a track record of success in managing ISO9001, ASPICE, and ISO26262 quality processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, including auditing techniques and risk management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability in relation to work with globally dispersed teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
