2 Day Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to care for a child aged 6 years, two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick the child up from school at 11am and transport them home safely
  • Organise nutritious lunches and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
  • Assist with therapy sessions in the afternoon to ensure the child receives comprehensive support
  • Prepare healthy dinners and assist with the evening routine to provide a stable and nurturing environment
  • Perform light household duties related to the care of the child, ensuring a clean and comfortable living space
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess or be working towards obtaining your certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education qualification. Additionally, you must have:

  • At least 3 professional references available upon request
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • A Police Check
  • CPR certification to ensure the child's safety
  • Level 2 First Aid certification to provide comprehensive first aid support
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car for transportation purposes
  • The right to work in Australia (Please note that applicants with 417 and 462 visas are not eligible)
