- Oracle Cloud HCM Development: Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM development, including support and maintenance, with a strong grasp of systems integration.
- HR Module Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR modules such as Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership in a tech lead role within a large organization, with experience managing system integrations and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Implementation Experience: Hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation of various HCM modules.
- System Support: Expertise in providing system support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting in complex environments, involving coordination across several teams.
- HCM Extracts and Reports: Familiarity with HCM extracts, OTBI, and BIP reports.
- REST APIs: Experience working with REST APIs.
- Mobile Technologies: Knowledge of mobile technologies and Java.
- Test Automation: Experience in test automation, particularly with the Selenium Framework.
- Oracle eBusiness Suite: Previous experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite is a plus.
