As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you'll ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices. About Goodstart Grafton:

A purpose-built Centre located in the heart of Duke Street, where your passion for early childhood education will thrive Our centre is more than just a place to work—it's a community. With a team boasting over 100 years of combined experience, you'll be part of a group deeply committed to delivering exceptional care and education to the children and families of Grafton.

  • A rostered day off (RDO) for work-life balance.
  • 6 hours of Programming time off the floor
  • Pre-Kindergarten Room, with up to 20 children per day or;
  • Kindergarten room, with up to 22 children per day.
  • A dedicated staff planning room, perfect for focused programming time.

You'll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
