Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 80 children each day.

• Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional guidelines and exceed customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations
• Effectively manage stock ordering and control
• Ensure dietary and allergy-safe requirements are met at all times

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in a culinary role, hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
