About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Workplace Rehabilitation team at IPAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with psychological or physical injuries to return to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver holistic, client-centered services to assess and develop strategies for safe return to work
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, including Functional Capacity Evaluations and Worksite Assessments
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Manage caseloads and work autonomously, with support from Rehabilitation Assistants
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and contribute to the growth of our services
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for injury prevention and return to work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
