Job Description
As a Principal Civil Engineer in our Water team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Australia. You will be responsible for providing technical direction, client relationship management, and commercial leadership to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • • Design and development of constructable solutions for trunk mains, large diameter pipes, sewers, pumps, and other water infrastructure projects
    • Project management and coordination with Water Authority clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
    • Leadership and mentoring of engineering and design modelling teams
    • Development and implementation of digital solutions to improve project delivery and outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • • A Chartered Engineer (CPEng) qualification and RPEV accreditation or eligibility to apply for this accreditation
    • Proven experience in design consulting with trunk mains, large diameter pipes, sewers, pumps, and project management
    • Strong understanding of the local water industry and previous experience in similar roles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
