Electrical Maintenance and Service Lead

We are seeking a seasoned electrical maintenance and service professional to lead our team in delivering high-quality service work, mentoring junior colleagues, and representing the business across client sites.

This is a long-term opportunity working on critical infrastructure and minor works across the Brisbane metro region. As an experienced Senior Electrician, you will step into a lead role, ensuring seamless project delivery, fault finding, preventative maintenance, and service-based project work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and minor works across commercial and industrial sites
  • Support instrumentation, control systems, and service upgrades
  • Interpret schematics, site plans, and maintenance specs
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide technical support and solutions
  • Assist with quoting, job planning, and occasional on-call support (rostered approx. every 2 months)
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Current QLD Electrical Licence
  • 10+ years' experience in service and maintenance work
  • Strong industrial/commercial experience (retail, food, water, critical infrastructure, etc.)
  • Strong time management and ability to lead small teams
  • Manual Driver's Licence and ability to pass D&A testing
  • Right to work in Australia and able to obtain a police clearance
  • High Risk (EWP) and Data Cabling tickets desirable but not essential
