Job Summary

This role involves a dynamic blend of hands-on field work and leadership responsibilities.

As Second-in-Command Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs on supermarket refrigeration systems while guiding technicians to uphold high standards of service delivery.

You will support the Service Manager in daily coordination of the Field Team and mentor junior technicians to promote a first-time fix culture.

Key areas of responsibility include supporting job completion, site inspections, quotation preparation, emergency response, complex fault diagnostics, and client-facing interactions.

Requirements for this position include leadership capability, strong fault finding and troubleshooting ability, high standard of communication and professionalism, and excellent computer literacy and admin skills.

We are looking for an individual who can drive operational consistency and contribute to the overall success of our team.
