**About Workwear Solutions**

We are a leading provider of innovative workwear solutions, committed to delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose apparel that meets the specific needs of diverse clients.

This exciting 12-month contract offers the unique opportunity to create commercially viable products that exceed customer expectations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for bringing customer design briefs to life, crafting solutions that deliver exceptional functionality and align with brand positioning and business goals.

You will conduct proactive research into trends in fabrications, construction, trims, technology, and accessories to inspire innovative designs.

Additionally, you will develop product lines that align with our requirements and customer design briefs, critically analysing and improving existing products for enhanced functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into industry trends to inspire innovative designs
  • Develop commercially viable product lines that meet customer needs
  • Critically analyse and improve existing products
  • Create technical specifications for accurate product development
  • Oversee fitting appraisals to ensure optimal product fit and quality
  • Manage adherence to critical path timelines

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with experience in design, particularly in workwear and performance apparel.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
