Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer

This role involves leading enterprise clients in developing cloud strategy and roadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise in public cloud platforms, and experience in pre/post-sales tech support.
Main Responsibilities- Steer complex future domain planning activities and projects as a customer-facing leader.
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture frameworks and approaches for application domains, architecture governance, and tooling.
- Implement, deploy, and manage Azure IaaS, PaaS technologies, and creation of SOW/BOM/Architecture design documents based on customer requirements.
- A minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with 6+ years as an architect/pre-post-sales tech support and 5+ years of public cloud experience.
- Strong understanding of one of the public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and leadership skills working in customer-facing environments.
- Azure or AWS Solution Architect certification is required, and TOGAF or other architect certifications are a plus.
- Good understanding of micro-services architecture (Kubernetes), open-source technologies used for native cloud applications, and cloud cost/billing propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent written skills and familiarity with architecture tools (Visio/PPT, etc.).
Travel to customer sites is required as needed (50%).
