Job Description

Suitable for a seasoned mortgage professional, this opportunity involves delivering exceptional member service while providing sound residential mortgage advice. You will work collaboratively with branch staff and regional lending peers to ensure a positive experience for our members during the largest and most significant purchase of their lives – their home.

  • Provide seamless end-to-end banking experiences
  • Make outbound calls to new and prospective members
  • Establish meaningful conversations by building trust and confidence
  • Develop relationships within the Defence Community
  • Educate our members on adopting and utilizing digital banking tools
  • Grow the Mortgage and Consumer lending portfolios
  • Partner with the Credit Team to ensure member expectations are met within a reasonable timeframe and within credit criteria
About This Role

This position requires a passion for delivering outstanding member experiences, putting members' needs above all else. The ideal candidate is results-driven, self-motivated, and tech-savvy, with strong retail lending experience and solid knowledge of local residential mortgage products and the real estate market in your region.

You possess skills to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline effectively. Enjoy engaging with members proactively via outbound calling. Have a natural ability to build and maintain relationships through business development with members within your community.

Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.
