Embark on a career-changing journey as an Apprentice Horticulturist.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in maintaining and beautifying green spaces. You'll work alongside seasoned professionals in parks, gardens, and public areas, learning from experienced mentors who are dedicated to helping you succeed in the industry.

  • You'll be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and developing green spaces, including parks, gardens, and public areas
  • Working with a range of plants, trees, and other vegetation
  • Developing your skills in plant care and maintenance, plant nutrition programs, pest and disease management, irrigation systems installation and maintenance, specialist transplanting, pruning and mowing operations, and safety protocols and equipment operation

In addition to annual pay reviews, you'll receive a range of benefits, including a $150 safety boot voucher after 3 months. To be successful in this role, you'll need no prior experience, a valid Drivers' licence, a valid Working With Vulnerable People Check (or be willing to obtain one), and a valid White Card (or be willing to obtain one).
