Job Overview:

This role involves overseeing merchandise operations to drive sales and profit growth.

To achieve this, you will manage trade plans, range reviews, and space planning to maximise return on investment.

You will also work in partnership with internal teams to utilise data and customer insights to optimise merchandise results.

In addition, you will deliver continuous improvement and a shift in merchandise capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement trade plans to drive sales and profit growth.
  • Manage range reviews and space planning to maximise return on investment.
  • Deliver great availability for stores and customers whilst managing working capital and clearance outcomes.
  • Work in partnership internally to utilise data and customer insights to optimise merchandise results.
  • Drive continuous improvement and a shift in merchandise capability.

  • Demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, with proven capabilities in delivering transformation projects and programs.
