Key Responsibilities- Risk Assessment and Analysis: Gather and analyze information from various sources to identify and mitigate risks related to child protection cases.
- Case Planning and Management: Develop and implement effective case plans, review progress, and coordinate with other agencies and services to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
- Critical Enquiry: Conduct thorough investigations using evidence-based frameworks to understand the root causes of issues and identify potential implications.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Extensive experience in child protection and case management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid Working with Children Check
