Eyewear Specialist

As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing expert eyewear styling advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by Optometrists.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1+ year of experience in optical or 2+ years in retail sales.
• Previous experience with store opening/closing duties.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to build trust and respect with clients.
• A self-motivated, positive attitude.
