  • Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

  • Developing and implementing visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve store appearance

  • Managing stock levels, ordering inventory, and maintaining accurate records

  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements

  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience, preferably in a retail or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and climb (approximately 25 kg)

  • Valid driver's license (manual preferred) for occasional deliveries
