Job Overview

The role of a Project Completion Coordinator is crucial in ensuring that all systems and equipment are completed and turned over to operations on schedule and to the required standard.

To achieve this, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive completions plan that encompasses the coordination with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure that all systems and equipment are completed and tested to meet project specifications and design.

A key aspect of this role is the preparation and delivery of accurate and complete completion documentation to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

This position requires strong computer skills with expertise in digital/electronic completions using systems such as Omega PIMS, TOSTR, Hexagon Smart Completions, ICAPS, Orbit, MC Plus. The ideal candidate will also possess high level of interpersonal and communication skills with experience in negotiation, organisation, problem solving.
