Job Summary

As a casual holiday helper, you will be responsible for making the holiday season sparkle for our customers. Whether it's decorating a Christmas tree, hanging a welcoming wreath on the front door, or setting a festive table that is merry and fun, you will help our customers add a joyful touch to every corner of their home.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and showcase your love of beautiful homewares and all things holiday.
  • Be agile and able to jump in wherever we need you most, whether it's assisting customers, unpacking stock, or helping with visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced and busy retail team to achieve team goals.
Requirements
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a love of beautiful homewares and all things holiday.
  • High positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach.
  • Availability to work from mid-December through to early January, including weekends and evenings.

Candidates with extensive availability over the holiday period and ability to work during peak trading times, including evenings and December 26th, will be reviewed favourably.
