Facilities Management Support Specialist

At our organization, we seek a detail-oriented Facilities Management Support Specialist to support our facilities management operations. In this dynamic role, you will work alongside senior facilities managers to ensure the smooth daily operation of client facilities while delivering exceptional service that enhances workplace experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day facilities management operations, including coordinating maintenance activities, addressing occupant requests, and monitoring service delivery
- Assist with vendor management, including scheduling services, reviewing work quality, and processing invoices
- Conduct regular building inspections to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations
- Maintain accurate facilities documentation, including floor plans, equipment inventories, and maintenance records
- Assist with implementing health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Participate in facilities-related projects, such as space modifications, equipment upgrades, or sustainability initiatives
