Job Opportunity

The role of the Director – Financial Services – Climate & Sustainability involves assisting clients in understanding their climate and sustainability obligations, developing capabilities, and crafting strategies to stay ahead of regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading Sustainability Transformation Programs: Developing and implementing comprehensive programs to align clients' sustainability practices with regulations and industry standards.
  • Managing Climate Risks and Opportunities: Identifying, assessing, and managing climate-related risks and opportunities, including scenario analysis and integration into strategic planning.
  • Integrating Climate into Business Strategy: Embedding climate considerations into core strategies, supporting net-zero targets and emissions reduction aligned with global agreements.
  • Enhancing Reporting: Identifying key sustainability issues, guiding transparent and compliant disclosures, and meeting emerging standards.

Additional responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, enhancing market presence, contributing to thought leadership, and leading business development.

Requirements:
  • Senior-level consulting experience, preferably within financial services or sustainability divisions.
  • Proven track record of shaping, directing, and delivering projects at the director level.
  • Expertise in your specialization, with a passion for coaching and sharing knowledge.
