Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at LiveBig. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disability.

• The successful candidate will work as part of a small team providing high-quality clinical supports in home or community settings, including schools and group homes.
• You will be responsible for assessing, intervening, reporting, therapy planning, and providing clinical recommendations within your scope of practice.
• As a member of our team, you will receive outstanding training and professional development from experienced Area Managers and OT Team Leaders.
• You will also have the flexibility to work from home and complete administrative tasks in support of your caseload.

• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA (or eligibility for it)
• Possession of a passion for working with people with disability, preferably with NDIS and/or disability sector experience
• Paediatric and/or adult experience highly desirable
• Experience working in community services settings (desired)
• Excellent time management skills and organisational abilities
• Intermediate-level IT skills, including computer and mobile proficiency, and willingness to embrace new technology
• A driver's license and use of your own vehicle

• Competitive estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Up to 8 additional days of leave per year, including 4 'You' days, pet leave, volunteering leave, and hybrid working arrangements
