About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Accounts Receivable and Financial Accounting teams, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding accounts while maintaining respectful and compassionate communication with clients.

This position requires a unique blend of financial acumen and interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with sensitive situations involving clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain Debtors' Reports across all business lines
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor overdue accounts, initiating follow-ups as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal AR team and external debt collection agencies to resolve account discrepancies
  • Present findings and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
  • Manage the Debt Collection inbox efficiently, responding to client inquiries in a timely manner
