Key Responsibilities- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts
- Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis)
