Wills and Estate Planning Consultant Role

The role of a Wills and Estate Planning Consultant involves delivering high-quality, timely services to the community. This includes drafting planning ahead documents such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or industry, experience in drafting and executing Wills and Estate Planning instruments, and strong collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional, personalized service to clients
  • Drafting complex client matters independently
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of estate planning services

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a commitment to supporting customers to document their last wishes with warmth, support, understanding, and respect.

About the Team

The Estate Planning and Administration team is responsible for delivering commercial services in Will making, trustee, attorney, and administrator/executor roles. The team provides a fully accredited Will preparation service, writing over 13,000 Wills, Power of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents each year.
