Job Overview

The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to internal and external customers by resolving customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide customers with information on services, including rates and product details.
  • Arrange and monitor shipment milestones using advanced logistics software.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems.
  • Follow-up on unresolved customer inquiries to ensure resolution.
  • Enter data into the logistics system and produce reports as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years' experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Experience using advanced logistics software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
